Joining GirardBid.com is simple and only takes a few minutes! By becoming a lifetime Member,
you'll unlock access to register and bid on all of our exciting auctions.
Here's how it works:
1. Complete the Membership Form
- Fill out the form below to select your unique Member ID and Password. This will be your
permanent login for all future auctions.
- Your Member ID will act as your screen name during live & pre-bidding. Be creative, but
discreet - avoid using your real name or email address (e.g., use an alias
like truckbuyer1).
2. Register for Auctions
- After becoming a Member, you'll need to register for each auction using your Member
ID and Password. Remember to follow the Terms and Conditions specific to that auction
to be approved for bidding.
3. Bidder Approval. We do not ask for a credit card when you register, so we will manually
approve you once you register for an auction. This usually happens within an hour if you
register during business hours. After hours, it may take longer, but you will be approved prior
to the auction starting. If in question, please call our office at (605) 267-2421.
4) After the Auction: We will email you an invoice with a link to make payment after the
auction. If you are picking up your items in person, you are welcome to pay when you arrive. If
you are having your items shipped, once your item is paid for, it will go to our shipping
department. Once ready it is ready to be shipped, you will get an invoice from our Shipping
Saint (our shipping management software) with a link to make a payment.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Your Member ID will be visible to other bidders during live online auctions. Make sure
it's anonymous and doesn't reveal personal details. We CANNOT change your ID once
you have become a member.
- While your membership is for life, you'll need to register separately for each auction
that interests you.
