This means that the Closing Times stated for each item are Approximate.
Items may begin closing much later that the stated time due to previous items extending.
All items can be picked up following the auction at the Elson Implement Site 10878 US 212 Bus., Belle Fourche, SD. (Bell Fourche is in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Western side of the state). Pickup times are as follows--Mountain Time: Thursday 3pm to 6pm; Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm; please plan to be here at these times for loading! With your invoice, there will be a sign-up schedule to pick your time when you would like to be there. Any small items (Signs, Toys, Seats, etc.) that have not been picked up by 1pm on Saturday will be brought back to the Girard Auction facilities for shipping or pickup at our facility. Any items brought back will be charged a $10 per item handling fee on top of the normal shipping & handling rates; (it's 400-miles 1-way for our staff). If you cannot pick up your tractor at these times, you must make arrangements with Mr. Elson for future pickup. All items must be off the property by October 20th as the property has been sold.
